Zoom room opens: 6:45pm

Speaker: 7pm-8pm

Closing discussion: 8pm-8:15pm

 

Led via Zoom by specialist facilitator Lisa, these gentle, accessible sessions are suitable for all energy levels — and will accommodate our house or bed-bound members from all across the Region.
