Merry Christmas 2025!

As Christmas approaches, we want to send our warmest wishes to all our members and supporters for a peaceful and gentle Christmas and a healthier new year ahead.

At this time of year, hope matters — and what better Christmas gift could we ask for than knowing the doctors of the near future are being educated about M.E.

We are therefore absolutely delighted to share, that Queen’s University Belfast have already confirmed the date for their May 2026 M.E. Awareness event for QUB medical students. Dates for nursing education to be confirmed.

We are hopeful too, after a meeting and direct plea to the Minister for Health in Northern Ireland on 3rd December this year, that our education events and resources will be promoted by the Department of Health in Northern Ireland, to encourage uptake from healthcare providers.
