We saved this special announcement from our recent conference for #May12AwarenessDay 💙

Hope 4 M.E. & Fibro Northern Ireland was proud to donate £1000 to the groundbreaking #DecodeME study, the world’s largest genetic study into M.E./CFS that many of our members were included in.

We were also honoured to welcome DecodeME Lead Investigator Professor Chris Ponting to Newry, where he experienced our unique Discover M.E. virtual reality educational resource firsthand.

A powerful moment of collaboration between biomedical research, patient-led education, and the lived experience of M.E. and one we believe will become part of the history of progress towards understanding this devastating illness.
