All-volunteer-led charity run by patients and their family members. Providing educational resources for healthcare providers and medical/nursing students on behalf of people affected by M.E., Fibromyalgia, and Post-Covid M.E. Our mission is to support and empower this patient population, raise awareness, drive biomedical research, and advocate for the best possible healthcare in Northern Ireland.

What our donation will help fund

The funds will be spread across the following activities and enable the charity to continue providing services including monthly Zoom support meetings, with specialist speakers offering practical help and peer connection.

Annual conferences featuring world-leading experts in M.E., Fibromyalgia, and post-viral illness. Online craft class, offering a creative outlet and social engagement for housebound or bed-bound members.

Quarterly in-person meetings, providing a rare but important opportunity for face-to-face connection and support. Self-help information packs for patients, education packs, webinars and in-person meetings for healthcare providers

A Message in 2025 From Our Founder

We are incredibly grateful to receive this £2,000 grant, which will directly support our ongoing efforts to raise awareness, improve understanding, and advocate for better services for people living with M.E., Fibromyalgia and Post-Covid M.E. At Hope 4 ME & Fibro Northern Ireland, we work tirelessly to give a voice to a community that is so often overlooked, providing education, support, and campaigning for urgent change. This funding will help us continue delivering impactful events, producing vital information resources, and ensuring that patients across Northern Ireland feel seen, supported, and empowered.
